CURRENT BIO

Adrian Dongmin Choi began his artistic practice in theater in 2007, following an earlier career in IT engineering. Based in Busan, South Korea, he creates site-responsive and process-based projects across performance art, visual art, text, research, and community collaboration, shaped by sustained engagement with ecology and climate.


His work has been presented at six consecutive UN Climate Change Conferences. He is currently conducting field research across Busan's 51 fishing villages for Good to Sea you Busan, and will take up an Artist-in-Residence at Art & History Museums, Maitland, Florida in October 2026.
